"Nice people hence the 2 stars. We bought a new vehicle July 1st. After a few weeks, I called to see where the bill was. They blamed it on Corporate being behind. The next week, I got a call asking what the Vin# was on the new vehicle. Obviously they submitted the wrong one. On Friday August 31 we got a refund from State Farm for overcharging us. The next day our policy arrived and low and behold, there was no collision insurance on our new car that my wife had driven around for two months. We called State Farm and they said I had to call the agent. Monday was a holiday and my agent decided to take Tuesday off so of course my wife wouldn't drive the car. Today is Wednesday and because of their fear of COVID, they're working from home this week. I called an agent in Culpeper and had everything switched to their office."
